Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Matraville tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Matraville is our home base, so bookings here are quick. We clean the units, villas and houses around the local shops, weekends included.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Matraville place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
