Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Little Bay tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Little Bay has newer townhouses and apartments. We work to your building rules for lifts and loading bays.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Little Bay place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
