Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Daceyville tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Daceyville has older cottages and units. We allow extra time for older fittings, then clean to the exit checklist.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Daceyville place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
