Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Coogee tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Coogee has apartments and units close to the beach. We sort out access and parking before the day.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Coogee place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
